Tasting Notes
This is a classic Inception Central Coast Pi,not Noir. Bright red fruit and acidity, an uplifting strawberry and rose petal aroma leads to a well-balanced, linear red fruit profile with cranberry and pomegranate notes. The finish is long and mouthwatering. Pair with poached salmon.
